"Ms. Medel is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to questions about home and auto policies. While I’m sure she is well-versed in many other types of coverage, those are the policies I personally have with State Farm.
Our conversation lasted nearly an hour, during which she patiently addressed all of my concerns from recent changes and the claims process to the importance of keeping receipts (and taking photos of them), as well as understanding deductibles.
Ms. Medel would make an excellent teacher. I truly believe our local school districts would benefit from offering classes like this to help educate young people on these important topics."
